Job Role Purpose: (Brief summary for the existence of the job role)
As a team member, you will handle day to day Demat operations like Demat account opening, modification,
DI & DRF Execution, Pledge Execution etc. in coordination with Branches. Also ensures compliance related
to Demat operations prescribed by Regulators. Provide back-office support to branches to resolve client
queries
Key Job Responsibilities
(Not restricted to):
Life cycle activities: • Responsible for handling new/existing accounts back-end activity such as modification and activation • Punching of DI slip, DRF and Pledge etc. in defined timeline as per process. • Responsible for handling settlement of instruction, which are executed through online/offline. • Handling a/c closure and death claim in defined timeline as per process. • Manage challenging & multi-tasking assignment by effective utilization of available resources and contribute towards the growth of organization • Responsible for processing of KRA, CVL KRA, C-KYC and executing relevant process on time. MIS activities: • Review and updating of MIS for Branches, auditors for identification of Pending and Repeated issues. • Closely monitoring uploading of DIS image to NSDL application. In case of any failure, coordinate with branches to resolve and reupload images. • Preparation of data in respect of collection of fees through customer Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) and transactions. Reporting activities: • Regulatory Reporting: Submit monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually reports to regulators such as NSDL and SEBI, adhering to prescribed formats for DP-related activities. • Audit and Compliance Management: Handle various internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Development activities: • Arranging training for branch staff. • Drafting SOPs / Circulars related to DP operations for Branch banking staff usage. • Responsible for Adherence to the Banks policy on surveillance /conflict of interest/KYC etc as well as compliance requirements of authorities. • Co-ordination with vendors and NSDL regarding version upgradation / other services. • Responsible for UAT for Demat back-office system enhancement before going to live environment • ASBA Coordination: Coordination with Regulatory bodies to support the on boarding process for the Application Supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA). Updating of Reports in System • Beginning of Day (BOD) Activities: Download and upload the following reports from NSDL Local DPM System to Dematrix: o Business Partner (BP) Master o Security Master (ISIN) o Clearing Corporation (CC) Calendar o Client Master o Bank Master o Address Master (Registrar and Transfer Agent - RTA) o Auto Corporate Action (ACA) o Corporate Action (CA) o Statement of Holding o Change Orders for the Day (COD) o Statement of Transaction o Price File (Valuation) • Perform import/export activities between Dematrix and NSDL E-DPM & Local DPM for tasks such as: o Issuance of DIS o Account opening o Punching of slips o Dematerialization • End of Day (EOD) Activities: Execute Day End Activities in the Dematrix System. Download and upload the following reports from NSDL Local DPM System to Dematrix: o Statement of Holding o Statement of Transaction o COD (Change Orders for the Day

Qualification &
Certifications required:

- Certification in NISM
series VI Depository
Operations Competency & Skills Required: • Knowledge of Back-Office process • well attune towards digitization • Excellent understanding of Constantly requires changes from Regulator • Excellent communication & presentation skills to communicate with customers and other-stake holder
Experience Required: Min of 2 years of experience in Depository Participant Department
