Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

Product Management:

• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic objectives.
• Conductmarket research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work closely with IT engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new products and features.
• Develop wireframes, requirements, and product specifications.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
• Monitor product performance and gather insights to inform future product decisions.

Process Management:

• Analyze and map current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement process improvements to optimize product development, delivery, and support.
• Develop and maintain process documentation
• Establish metrics to measure process effectiveness and track progress towards process improvement goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process changes are implemented smoothly and effectively.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices for process management and continuous improvement.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Team management
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and process improvement initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between product, IT engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers and process analysts.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates on product and process initiatives.

Customer Focus:

• Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product and process lifecycle.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and pain points.
• Use customer feedback to inform product enhancements and process improvements.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for product development and process implementation.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and standards throughout product and process lifecycles.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 7+ years of experience in product management and process improvement roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles and implementing process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
