Job Description
- Develop Product Strategy: Define long-term strategy and roadmap to achieve the product vision and create a significant impact in the market.
- Product Conceptualization: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle with a problem-first, data-driven, and test-and-iterate approach.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full game development lifecycle, from writing specifications to coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, including design, art, and engineering, to launch new features and products.
- High-Quality Deliverables: Produce detailed product specifications, prioritize features, and manage the scope of each launch to ensure timely delivery.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and player needs, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user stories, and maintain comprehensive documentation for sprint planning and execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between players, business, marketing, design, and engineering teams to align product vision and execution.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to define game strategies and work with internal and external teams to bring these strategies to life.
- 5-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer, mobile, or game development industry.
- Proven track record of leading product development from ideation through launch and growth.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design teams to solve complex problems and deliver impactful solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving outcomes in complex product areas.
- Exceptional data analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for games and creating engaging, compelling user experiences.
- Outstanding written, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.
