Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage scientific activities for assigned area, ensuring effective communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to promote company products in oncology segment.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and provide technical support to customers.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall sales performance.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales data, market trends, and competitor activity.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in diagnostics industry or related field (oncology sales).
  
• B.Sc degree in Microbiology or Microbiology; MBA/M.sc preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of oncology market dynamics, including current treatments and emerging technologies.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
