Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
  
• Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  
• Prepare brochures explaining company offerings and benefits.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer queries via phone or email.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• B.Sc degree in Any Specialization; Science background should be preferable.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle objections effectively during cold calls.
  
• Proficiency in D2C sales agent software for lead generation and tracking.
