Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship building with customers.
  
• Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions using our range of products (B2C & B2B).
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits of our offerings.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy development.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Institutional Sales or Business Development Management in the Diagnostics industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, or related life sciences discipline.
  
• Strong understanding of Genomics concepts and applications in various industries (institutional/B2B/B2C).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement at all levels.
