Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle Oncology products in assigned west zones with a focus on Zonal Sales.
  
• Manage team handling responsibilities for the zones.
  
• Develop strong relationships with key customers, including oncologist, hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through effective sales strategies.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in diagnostics or healthcare industry, preferably in Oncology Sales or related field.
  
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., B.Sc Bio-Chemistry, B.Sc Biology).
  
• Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results-oriented performance.
  
• Strong understanding of oncology market dynamics, products knowledge, and customer needs analysis.
