To build, nurture Ugaoo brand and drive sales via offline channels in the assigned Territory/Region.
Provide leadership to the assigned region, oversee retail activities in COCO and SIS stores.
Create a business plan for the region by the concept of SIS.
Recruit and train SIS partners, their staff and companys brand promoters.
Identify Premium Retail Spaces to establish Standalone Exclusive Retail Stores/Kiosks within high footfall retail malls.
Review and analyze regional sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and to identify potential new markets.
Develop marketing programs and promotions to increase the store sales.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the store region; design and implement training, strategies, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale.
Closely monitor & control expenses through efficient store operations.
Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Collaborate with the Head of Retail to develop territory, sales quota, and strategy.
Maintain knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
Requirements:
5 - 10 years of proven experience in retail operations.
Proven experience in developing COCO and SIS stores.
Strong understanding of local geography and demographics.
Willingness to travel frequently and must own a vehicle.
Excellent management, leadership , and organizational skills.
