About the Opportunity:
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top talent through various channels, while contributing to employer branding.
- In this role, you will collaborate with different departments and build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- The ideal candidate will possess min 2 years of talent acquisition experience, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a strategic mindset for sourcing the right talent.
- You will also be required to build close relationships with hiring managers across the organization to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and hiring timelines, providing regular updates on progress.
- Source potential candidates through various online channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Updazz, and others, ensuring an effective outreach strategy.
- Develop compelling job descriptions and interview questions that align with role expectations.
- Screen, shortlist, and refine candidates based on their suitability for the role.
- Plan and coordinate interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person or virtual interviews.
- Evaluate candidates' credentials, such as resumes, portfolios, and references.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities, including interview feedback and documentation, to ensure transparent communication with key stakeholders.
- Present job offers and negotiate terms with successful candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Work with the HR Ops team to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of high-potential candidates for future hiring needs, particularly for key roles in areas such as marketing, customer experience, and e-commerce.
- Enhance the employer brand by actively promoting the company through social media, events, and other networking opportunities to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices within the D2C space to attract the best talent in a competitive market.
