Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Online Platforms: Utilize online and social media platforms and networks to effectively source qualified candidates.
- Conduct Detailed Resume Reviews: Review resumes thoroughly and maintain accurate candidate records in our database.
- Lead Interviews: Use structured methods to lead interviews and identify the best talent.
- Assess Skills and Experience: Evaluate candidates' skills and experience to match them with appropriate roles.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the selection process.
- Ensure Positive Candidate Experience: Provide a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize Advanced Sourcing Techniques: Apply advanced sourcing techniques to find and engage with potential candidates.
- Communicate Clearly and Effectively: Use strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and clients, ensuring alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals to source candidates.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.
