First of all Check all the 5 star Ratings of this company all Are fishy these Are from HR department and Operations Head and because their are most of complaints Against HR and Operation Head No Work life balance, You have to do straight shifts almost half in the month They deduct your salary on and give you small small reasons. There is no promotion in the company they give you only verbaly promotion. In my job period They terminated staff on the spot without any salery, if owners friends come to your store and if you don't give discounts or personal service, if they call to owner , then owner directly call you and terminate on the spot . As per the owner demand you have to gain full knowledge in 1 or 2 months , for that type of knowledge 1 agriculture students spend 2 years , Just want to highlight The Main Cause of all the harrasment is Laxmikant Borade He harrase you like a slave he think he is The King Of the company. 90% Of the staff resign because of Laxmikant Borades Harrasment and HR Is only for the position. They don't support you guide you , help You . After I resigned they Hold my salary Every time I call them they don't respond . Ugaoo is worst retail company in this industry.

I resigned due to my personel reason. My salary payment is pending for long. My reporting boss from Bangalore mr.Anil never respond to my calls. He is fraud. HR manager Akansha never ever responded to my calls. She is useless HR Manager i hv ever seen

I never ever seen in entire industry the worst management like this. Not getting proper response & support from seniors & HR team special Laxmikant borade & Deepak Kanojia. This people directly terminating the employees without any notice not having a valid reason for it. HR team don't know what's is going on with employees. I thinks this companys HR team is only for leaves approval.
