Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Prospect for leads within assign territory that meet weekly quotas.
• Conduct cold calling, schedule client meetings.
• interacting with prospective franchise partners.
• Create and maintain database of all prospects and its weekly reporting to management team.
• Business Development with key focus on expanding franchisee base.
• Following up on leads and updating BD tracker building monthly, quarterly & yearly calendar.
• Collaboration & Co-ordination with Retail operations team for seamless handover of partner.
• Hands on Experience on Retail KPI's Reporting MIS and Dashboard.
• Ability to handle large volume of data, interpret and represent appropriately.
• Preparing all Management reports related to prospects and new leads.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have 4-6 years of experience in franchise sales, Franchise development and retail business development.
• Should be good with excel, data management.
• Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
