1. Franchise Expansion and Acquisition

2. Franchisee Onboarding and Setup

  • Assist franchisees with store setup, including location selection, layout design, and interior planning.
  • Provide guidance on inventory selection, product display, and branding to align with corporate standards.
  • Ensure the franchise adheres to regulatory and operational guidelines during the launch phase.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue growth across franchise locations by implementing sales strategies.
  • Set sales and performance targets for franchise stores and monitor achievements regularly.
  • Support franchisees in boosting sales through local campaigns, promotions, and events.

4. Relationship Management

  • Act as a primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing their concerns and queries promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct regular meetings with franchisees to discuss performance, market challenges, and opportunities.

5. Training and Support

  • Organize training programs for franchisees and their teams on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Provide ongoing support to franchisees to improve store operations, inventory management, and team performance.
  • Share market trends, customer preferences, and best practices to help franchisees achieve business goals.

6. Brand Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all franchise stores maintain brand standards in terms of product displays, packaging, customer service, and branding.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with company guidelines and policies.
  • Address gaps or inconsistencies in store operations to maintain brand integrity.

7. Marketing and Promotion Support

  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement national and regional marketing campaigns.
  • Support franchisees in executing local promotions and events to drive footfall and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing efforts to enhance online-to-offline conversions for franchise locations.

8. Financial Performance and Reporting

  • Analyze franchisee performance metrics, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to franchisees for achieving financial targets.
  • Generate regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

9. Property Acquisition Support

  • Assist franchisees in identifying and acquiring properties in prime locations.

10. Compliance and Legal Adherence
