Operation Support Executive - Store Manager Jewellery

Job Summary:

The HO Jewellery Operation Support role is responsible for managing and streamlining jewellery-related operational processes at the Head Office. This includes coordinating with stores, suppliers, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure smooth workflow, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Supply Chain Management

• Monitor stock levels at various stores and ensure replenishments as per demand.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for timely ordering and delivery of jewellery.
• Oversee quality checks and verification of jewellery received from vendors.
• Track and manage stock transfers between stores and warehouses.

2. Operations & Process Management

• Implement and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for jewellery operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with retail stores to resolve operational challenges.
• Manage jewellery cataloging, pricing, and labeling processes.

3. Vendor & Logistics Coordination

• Liaise with vendors for timely fulfilment of jewellery orders.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for procurement.
• Oversee logistics, including shipping, customs clearance, and secure transportation of jewellery.

4. Sales & Customer Support Operations

• Provide operational support to retail teams for promotions, discounts, and new collections.
• Assist in resolving customer service issues related to jewellery purchases, exchanges, or repairs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for product launches and in-store events.

5. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and update jewellery stock records and operational databases.
• Generate periodic reports on inventory, sales trends, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in jewellery retail operations, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Experience in ERP or inventory management software is a plus.
