Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and consultative selling.
- Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing strategies to boost store revenue.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, delivering a premium experience that reflects OSIM India's brand values.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on OSIMs wellness solutions to meet their needs.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury, lifestyle or wellness retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Passion for wellness and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and inventory management systems is an advantage.
