Store Manager

Sales and Customer Service:

• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Train and motivate staff to achieve sales goals.

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishments.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Handle cash, process payments, and maintain financial records.

Marketing and Promotions:

• Plan and execute in-store promotions and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement advertising and promotional strategies.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

Administrative Duties:

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Address and resolve any operational or employee issues.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move mattresses and other showroom products as needed.
