Customer Service Associate - Alliance

In this role, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and increase revenue by promoting and selling products or services to customers in a specific geographic area or territory. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities :

1. Developing and implementing a sales plan for your assigned territory or area.
2. Identifying potential customers and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
3. Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
4. Responding to customer inquiries and providing them with product or service information.
5. Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals with customers.
6. Providing ongoing customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
8. Analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
9. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to develop and implement sales strategies.
10. Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.

Requirements:

1. Candidates preferred from North Goa. 
2. Minimum 2 year sales experience, preferably in a field sales or outside sales role.
3. Graduate or Equivalent Educational qualification will be preferred
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
6. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
8. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
9. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
