EXPERIENCE – 1 to 3 Years

DESIGNATION -EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE – RETENTION & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

LOCATION - PANJIM-GOA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute Retention & Reactivation Marketing strategies with CRM led

communications aimed at driving revenue, deposits, user retention and reactivation.

• Implement targeted engagement and communication plans to nurture old leads and

drive them through the conversion funnel. Design and optimize nurturing journeys

tailored to different stages of the conversion funnel to improve active lead conversion

rates.

• Partner with the data analytics team to segment users for targeted reactivation and

manage churn effectively.

• Knowledge of Cohort Analysis, Churn Management and Customer Lifecycle

Management.

• Drive User Engagement through engagement channels like SMS, Email, Push

Notifications, In-App.

• Develop personalized communication strategies using marketing automation tools to

engage effectively and drive conversions. Improve Customer Loyalty and stickiness.

• Lead efforts to analyze customer data, behavior, and insights to optimize journeys

and improve conversion rates.

• Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of

KPIs.

• Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in

all communication channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Should be Graduated in Engineering/MBA from Tier-1 College/University

• 1+ years of experience in retention marketing, consumer journey marketing, or a

related field within a consumer-focused industry (e.g., e-commerce, education

technology, subscription services, gaming).

• Strong knowledge and prior experience with marketing automation platforms such as

Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar tools.

• Proven success in developing and implementing effective retention strategies.

• Someone who excels at poker and has a background in RMG will stand out as an

ideal candidate.
