Social Media Strategist

Role & responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Content Planning

• Develop and execute a content calendar for Instagram, ensuring alignment with brand campaigns.
• Research trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to optimize engagement.
• Plan, script, and oversee content shoots in collaboration with designers, photographers, and influencers.
• Write engaging captions with relevant hashtags and CTAs to drive reach and conversions.

2. Content Editing & Graphic Design

• Edit and enhance images using Photoshop for social media, website, and ads.
• Design Instagram posts, stories, and ad creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
• Improve and optimize website banners, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with marketing goals.

3. UI/UX Design (Figma)

• Design website banners, landing pages, and promotional creatives using Figma.
• Collaborate with developers to implement UI/UX improvements for an enhanced user experience.

4. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit reels and short-form videos using CapCut, VN Video Editor, or After Effects.
• Create engaging transitions, text animations, and effects for Instagram and other platforms.
• Optimize video formats for different social media channels.

5. Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

• Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Develop and refine brand guidelines for social media and marketing materials.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, and imagery across all brand touchpoints.

6. Presentation & Reporting

• Create compelling presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Present monthly performance insights and strategy recommendations to the marketing team.

Preferred candidate profile

2+ years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Content Creation.

✅ Proficiency in Instagram marketing, including reels, stories, and ad creatives.

✅ Strong design skills with expertise in Photoshop & Figma.

✅ Experience with basic video editing (CapCut, VN Video Editor, or After Effects).

✅ Ability to create engaging presentations using PowerPoint & Google Slides.

✅ Understanding of UI/UX principles for website visuals & banner design.

✅ Knowledge of the latest fashion trends and digital marketing best practices.

✅ Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret social media metrics.
