Role & responsibilities

Marketplace Account Management

• Set up and manage seller accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and Myntra.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain a healthy seller account.
• Monitor performance metrics like ODR, ratings, and reviews.

2. Product Listing & Optimization

• Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords.
• Ensure high-quality images, attributes, and category placements for better visibility.

3. Inventory & Order Management

• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely order fulfillment.
• Handle returns, cancellations, and customer escalations efficiently.

4. Pricing & Promotions Strategy

• Conduct competitor analysis to set competitive prices.
• Plan and execute seasonal discounts, deals, and promotional campaigns.
• Optimize pricing strategies to maximize profits and maintain margins.

5. Advertising & Sales Growth

• Manage Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Promotions, and other marketing campaigns.
• Optimize PPC campaigns for higher CTR and conversion rates.
• Plan for major sales events like Amazon Great Indian Festival, Flipkart Big Billion Days, etc.

6. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze marketplace trends and customer buying behavior to improve sales.
• Generate performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.

7. Customer Support & Feedback Management

• Ensure timely responses to customer queries and complaints.
• Work on increasing positive ratings and managing negative feedback.
• Improve customer experience to drive repeat purchases.

8. Compliance & Policy Updates

• Stay updated on marketplace policy changes and implement necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and return policies.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years of experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and Myntra.

✅ Strong knowledge of product listing optimization, SEO, and marketplace algorithms.

✅ Experience in advertising (PPC campaigns) and promotional strategies.

✅ Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace analytics tools.

✅ Ability to analyze sales data and competitor trends for decision-making.

✅ Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and marketplace support.
