Job Title : Senior Engineer QS

Key Responsibilities (Mention responsibilities applicable to the position. Add rows if needed)

• Reviewing BOQ (bill of quantities) by studying specification sheets from the Architect
• Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications.
• Review conditions of the contract and recommend suitable measures.
• Analyzing the rates for BOQ items or any additional items
• Monitor and control costs throughout the project and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesng
• Participation in the pre-tendering activities with client and architect
• Review RFP documents, Drawings and BOQ for floating the tender
• Certifying the bills submitted by contractor
• Coordination with the design team for analyzing architectural and service drawings.
• Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project outcomes and achieve value for money
• Prepare monthly progress report and submit in time to client

Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge

• Total 10 years of experience after B. Tech
• 5 year experience in QS
• Experience in High Rise Building is must
