Billing Engineer (Civil)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with expertise in civil and interior fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity verification, billing, and project cost control while ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify quantities for civil and interior works from drawings and actual site conditions.
• Prepare and process contractor and vendor bills based on work progress.
• Conducted bills and quantity surveys for ongoing projects.
• Monitor and control project costs while ensuring budget adherence.
• Coordinate with the procurement and project management teams for material and cost optimization.
• Maintain proper documentation of quantities, costs, and project records.
• Assisting in resolving discrepancies in billing, work quantities, and material usage.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: 3 - 6 years in quantity surveying and billing for civil and interior fit-out projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial fit-outs, materials, and finishing standards.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
