MEP Procurement Manager

We seek a motivated and experienced MEP Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery, manage inventory levels, optimize procurement costs, and adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

Responsibility

• Source, negotiate, and procure electrical materials as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for project sites
• Identify and establish relationships with new vendors to ensure a diverse and reliable supply chain
• Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of electrical materials to project sites, maintaining quality and adherence to project specifications
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid material shortages or overstocking
• Analyze and manage procurement costs to optimize budget utilization
• Ensure all procured materials meet the required standards and specifications
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and vendor communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the procurement process
• Generate and present regular procurement reports to management

EXPERTISE & QUALIFICATION:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Experience of 5 years and above in electrical procurement or related roles, preferably from the Fit-Out industry
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
