Job Description

Well trained in HPLC Operation, Calibration, Maintenance .
Lead and manage HPLC-focused on Food and Neutracitical products testing.
Develop, validate, and optimize HPLC methodologies to enhance analytical accuracy and efficiency.
Analysis of Fat soluble vitamins, Water Soluble vitamins, Antioxindants , Artiifcial and Natural colous and other parameters as per FSSAI .
Analysis of Aflatoxin and Ochratoxin.
Maintaining TAT and on time deliverable of reports.
Maintaining Log Books, records, SOP’s & other applicable regulatory requirments - FSSAI, NABL, EIC, APEDA.
Calibration and Maintenance of the Instrument .
Working and Monitoring for certification and surveillance audit such - FSSAI, NABL , EIC, APEDA.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate HPLC data with other analytical techniques for comprehensive analysis.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on HPLC instrumentmaintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration.
