Senior Analyst

Analysis of food samples for physical, nutritional parameters as per IS/FSSAI/AOAC methods  for Fatty acid profling , Cholestrol , Residual solvent and other parameters to be testing to be done on GCFID  Recording of initial analytical observations, necessary data and calculations. Operating the lab instruments like pH meter, weighing balance, oven  etc as per authorization. Preparation of standard solutions. Daily maintenance of lab equipment. Following good laboratory practices. Following disposal process for samples & solutions as per SOP. Accurate analysis and interpretation of test results Maintenance of laboratory documents and records
Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintaining TAT and on time deliverable of reports.
• Maintaining Log Books, records, SOP’s & other applicable regulatory requirments - FSSAI, NABL, EIC, APEDA.
• Calibration and Maintenance of the Instrument .
• Working and Monitoring for certification and surveillance audit such - FSSAI, NABL , EIC, APEDA.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate GC FID data with other analytical techniques for comprehensive analysis.
•  Provide technical expertise and guidance on GC FID  instrumentmaintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration.
