Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform day-to-day Third Party Inspection (TPI) and expediting at various vendor premises to ensure compliance with specifications.
2. Carry out inspections strictly as per the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), General Test Procedure (GTP), Purchase Orders (PO), and applicable national or international standards.
3. Issue detailed Inspection Reports and Inspection Release Notes upon completion of the inspection to validate results.
4. Collaborate with teams to address discrepancies or non-conformities in a timely manner.
5. Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of inspection results and ensure compliance with project specifications.
6. Review documents, drawings, and specifications related to inspections for thoroughness and accuracy.
7. Ensure all inspections are carried out with adherence to safety and quality standards.

Education & Qualifications:

1. Graduate or Diploma holder in Mechanical, Production, or Fabrication Technology Engineering.
2. Valid ASNT Level II certification in RT, UT, PT, MT, and VT.
3. Additional qualifications such as AWS, API, or CSWIP certifications are preferable.

Certifications & Training:

• Required Certifications:
• ASNT Level II certification (RT/UT/PT/MT/VT).
• Preferred Certifications:
• AWS, API, CSWIP.

Fundamental Competencies (Mandatory):

1. 5 to 15 years of experience as an Inspection Engineer with a TPIA, QA/QC department, PMC, LSTK, or manufacturing unit.
2. Hands-on experience with static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, and tanks in the oil and gas industry.
3. Experience with rotating equipment such as pumps, blowers, compressors, and agitators.
4. Proficiency with piping, valves, and bulk items like plates, pipes, tubes, casting, and forging.
5. In-depth knowledge of NDT methods such as PT, MT, UT, and RT.
6. Exposure to national and international codes and standards, including industry-specific guidelines.
7. Knowledge of cladding, NACE requirements, and inspection of clad vessels (NACE 0175).
8. Expertise in boiler packages, NDT Level II (VT, RT, UT, MPT) inspections as per ASME Sec-I, with hands-on experience in fabrication, welding, heat treatment, painting, and FAT.
