Overview of the Role:
The Senior Sales Development Associate (SSDA) will be responsible for implementing account management programs covering TresVistas Focused accounts. The SSDA will ensure high levels of client engagement and integration thereby minimizing client attrition. The role will also be implementing programs to identify and generate new business opportunities for TresVista. The role reports to the VP of the Focused Accounts Relationship Management Team (FARM) and will work very closely with the VPs across the firm's Delivery teams in developing programs that enhance client engagement and ensure high levels of client integration. SSDA will be expected to provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to the SDAs.
