About the Department:

The Market Development department is dedicated to driving growth and success through strategic market expansion and innovation. This department focuses on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, conducting thorough market research, and analyzing trends to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs. This department would collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Execution teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies. By developing comprehensive market development strategies, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and supporting the creation of impactful sales materials, the department plays a crucial role in expanding the company's footprint and achieving its long-term vision.

Overview of the Role:

The Associate in the Market Development team will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our Market Development initiatives. This position involves collaborating and building relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, conducting market analysis and research to understand viability of new products and target audiences, and contribute to revenue growth by identifying high-value business opportunities. The Associate will report to the Global Head of Market Development and Strategic Partnerships.

Key Role Deliverables:

• Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint in existing sectors and strategies
• Support the Market Development team in developing commercial strategies and solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Execution teams
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Assist in the development and maintenance of sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies
• Track and report Sales Activities, Pipeline, and Performance Metrics

Prerequisites:

• Strong understanding of market trends and industry dynamics
• Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
• Knowledge of various Microsoft, marketing, business intelligence, productivity, CRM tools is preferred
• Experience in Strategy and Consulting is preferred

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Research, Strategy, or a related role.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
