About Department

The Human Resources department at TresVista enables our people to catalyze the clients impact. An Associate in the Employee Engagement function, within the overall Human Resources department, has a multi-faceted role which includes performing extensive people analytics, working on various strategic projects, monitoring and tracking employee engagement and performance metrics, while working closely with the team of Analyst and Senior Analyst. This role offers a steep learning curve as it enables a detailed understanding of the people analytics while providing hands-on experience of working with senior stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strategizing, designing and planning activities for the employees
• Serving as a strategic communication partner supporting leadership and functional teams
• Creating, deploying and reviewing employee engagement strategies, keeping in mind the changes and evolution of the internal and external environment
• Driving employee engagement measures, initiatives and approaches across levels to enhance employee wellbeing, productivity, and retention in the company
• Facilitating and actively promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of the employee engagement initiatives
• Enabling data-driven decision-making to support strategic planning and continuously refining strategies based on analysis
• Maintaining MIS and assisting department HOD in building & auditing department budgets & tracking variance
• Mentoring and managing a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts to obtain best results

Prerequisites:

• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to work with grey areas and proactive attitude
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Commitment and ownership
• Drive towards continuously learning, growing, and exceeding expectations
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint experience

Experience:

3+ years of relevant experience or MBA with 3+ years of experience

Education:

Any graduate or MBA

Compensation:
