University Coordinator

Job Description: University Coordinator Abroad Education Industry

Experience: 2-5 years (MBA freshers with good communication skills are also welcome)
Preferred Background: Candidates with hospitality or marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. University Relations Management:
   
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and partner universities across different destinations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives to ensure smooth collaboration.

2. Event & Seminar Coordination:

• Travel across India to represent the company in seminars, educational fairs, and promotional events.
• Organize and coordinate events to showcase the companys services and university partnerships.

3.Communication & Liaison:

• Facilitate effective communication between universities and the company regarding student applications, partnerships, and program updates.
• Address inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.

4.Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting potential students and stakeholders.
• Support initiatives to boost university brand awareness in the Indian market.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: MBA or equivalent degree (freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply).
• Experience: 2-5 years in hospitality, marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
• Key Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across India.
• Strong organizational and event management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
