Job Description


The Business Development Manager (B2B) for the Overseas Educational Industry will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence in the international education sector. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting educational opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target potential B2B clients including educational institutions, agencies, and Educational Consultancy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the overseas educational industry, including educational consultants, agents, and international schools
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and KPIs, including lead generation, client presentations, and negotiation of contracts.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to B2B clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to inform business strategies and decision-making.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes and strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the educational sector.
  • Strong understanding of the overseas educational industry, including knowledge of study abroad programs, visa regulations and academic pathways.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
