Manage a pipeline of leads generated through various channels such as Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to identify their needs and provide solutions using Edutech products.
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and retention rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product) to stay updated on new initiatives and promotions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Desired candidate profile:
3-8 years of experience in Inside Sales or related field (BDE/B2B/B2C).
Strong understanding of Edutech industry or overseas education sector preferred.
Excellent communication skills for effective lead generation and client interaction.
Ability to work independently from home office environment.
