Job Summary:
- We are seeking a versatile and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Market Research and Operations Analyst.
- This role combines the strategic analysis of market trends with the operational management of day-to-day activities.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive business growth through informed decision-making and efficient operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
- Maintain and organize executive calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of tasks and meetings.
Official Document Review:
- Analyze and interpret official documents, ensuring thorough understanding and compliance.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth online market research for decision-making.
- Evaluate universities/vendors and conduct comparisons to determine the best fit based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze current and future market conditions.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Evaluate competitive landscapes and emerging industry trends.
- Develop and present market research reports to guide stakeholders.
Strategical work coordination:
- Coordinate in planning and executing strategic initiatives by the management.
- Ensure proper follow-up till the closure of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, facilitating effective communication and negotiation.
Fix-up new Appointments & Scheduling:
- Fix new appointments & scheduling and manage executive time efficiently.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily center operations, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, staff, and student activities.
- Implement and monitor adherence to established operational procedures and standards.
- Maintain detailed records of logistics, financial transactions, academic activities, and administrative tasks.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand company reach.
- Develop and deliver persuasive pitches to potential clients, showcasing company offerings.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of market research methodologies and tools.
- Proven experience in operational management and process optimization.
- Excellent business communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage diverse responsibilities across research, operations, and business development.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, CRM systems, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in market research, operations, or business development.
