Python Lead/Senior Engineer (8+ Years)

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Lead/Senior Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications. You will lead projects, mentor engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of Python, and experience with system design and API development within a CI/CD environment.

Technical Requirements :

Essential :

- 8+ years of experience in Python development working as a Tech Lead

- Expertise in building REST APIs using Python Frameworks

- Strong object-oriented programming skills.

- Experience with Django/Flask frameworks.

- Experience with a cloud platform (AWS or Azure preferred) and services such as Lambda, S3, ECS, Load Balancer.

- Experience working in a CI/CD environment with automated testing.

- Proven experience with unit testing.

- Strong understanding of system design and architecture.

- Knowledge of security best practices.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.

- Experience with Agile/SCRUM Methdologies

- Experience with Project Management and Delivery

Desirable :

- Experience with React or similar front-end frameworks.

- Familiarity with OpenSearch/ElasticSearch.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
