Job Location: Noida Sector 62

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Provide detailed information about our study abroad programs and test prep

services.

• Schedule appointments with counselors or provide information on walk-in options.
• Follow up on leads generated through online inquiries and events.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM system.
• Address student queries with patience and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Freshers are encouraged to apply!
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer skills to handle CRM and other tools.
• Candidates looking for internships in telecalling or customer service are also

welcome.
