Role Overview:


As a Team Leader - BDR, youll be at the forefront of our growth enginedriving results, inspiring a team, and unlocking new opportunities. Youll have the autonomy to innovate, experiment, and take ownership of strategies that elevate lead generation and conversions.


Roles & Responsibilities :


> Lead & Inspire:

  • Build, mentor, and empower a team of high-performing BDRs to smash sales targets.

  • Cultivate a culture of enthusiasm, accountability, and continuous learning.

  • Provide hands-on coaching, feedback, and structured training to elevate performance.

  • Set ambitious goals, track KPIs, and fine-tune strategies for maximum impact.

  • Partner with marketing and sales to align outreach efforts with broader business objectives.

> Own the pipeline:


  • Identify and target high-value prospects to fuel business growth.

  • Masterfully engage leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and strategic outreach.

  • Qualify prospects and book high-potential meetings for the senior sales team.

  • Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to maintain accurate, data-driven insights.

  • Crush personal lead generation and conversion targets while steering the team to success.

  • Proven Success: Track record of exceeding sales goals and driving high-performing teams.

  • Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and the sales cycle.

  • Leadership Strength: Ability to energize, coach, and elevate a teams performance.

  • A-Game Communication: Strong storytelling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.

  • Agility & Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Required Qualification:


  • Bcom/Mcom/BCA/MCA/BA/MBA graduate

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in APAC region.
