QC (LCMS) Research Associate,Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Instrument Handling

• Operate and maintain LCMS instruments for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Perform routine troubleshooting and calibration to ensure optimal instrument performance.

2. Sample Preparation

• Execute sample preparation techniques, including extraction, dilution, and purification.
• Ensure proper sample handling, storage, and documentation as per laboratory protocols.

3. Analytical Method Development

• Develop and validate LCMS analytical methods in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Optimize method parameters to enhance sensitivity, accuracy, and efficiency.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Process and analyze LCMS data using specialized software.
• Interpret mass spectra to identify compounds, assess purity, and generate detailed reports.

5. Compliance and Documentation

• Maintain accurate laboratory records following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards, including ICH, FDA, and ISO guidelines.

6. Collaboration and Training

• Coordinate with R&D, QA, and other departments to support various analytical projects.
• Train and mentor team members on LCMS techniques and best practices.
