Accounts / Finance Executive - Mumbai

Candidate will be based at Ghatkopar HQ and will be responsible as below -

1. Monitoring and control over day-to-day accounting entries in ERP/ equivalent Software.
2.Regular Ledger scrutiny and balance confirmation with major parties.
3.Preparation of Monthly MIS and quarterly financial results within timeframe decided by Management.
4.Carrying out periodic stock taking and updating the records in the software from time to time.
5.Understanding of GST, TDS and other statutory provisions.
6.Handling annual audits and Tax Audits.
7.Filling of annual income tax returns.
8.Replying income tax notices and attending pending scrutiny.
9.Banking experience.
10.Working capital and term loan experience.
11.Import and export experience.
12.Candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in handling GST, TDS and other statutory provisions, Accounts Payable etc.
