Finance Executive

Accounting and Compliance:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare journal entries.
• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and filings.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including vouching and asset verification.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory compliance.

UAT Financial Software Systems Testing:

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for financial software systems to ensure alignment with business requirements and functional specifications.
• Verify and validate financial transactions processed through software systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze and interpret test results to identify discrepancies, defects, or areas for improvement in transaction processing.
• Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions effectively.
• Document testing procedures, results, and findings to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
• Provide support during software upgrades, enhancements, and implementations related to financial transactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: BCom/M.Com/MBA or semi CA and CMA qualified.
• Skills: Proficiency in Tally, Advanced Excel, and accounting software.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax regulations, and financial processes (e.g., accounting, transaction validation).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial software systems.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
