Export Executive/Sr. Executive- Logistics

Candidate will be based at Navi Mumbai and will be responsible for as below -

• Filing online Application and submission for various Schemes such Advance License & Incentives Scheme such as Export House, MEIS, RODTEP & Incremental Export Incentive Scheme etc.
• Preparation of Application of Redemption, Closure of Advance Licence with Revalidation, Invalidation & E.O. Extension of Advance License
• Also doing Allied Jobs such as I Card Application, IEC, Digital Application, and RCMC Application.
• Maintaining records of Advance Authorisation statement showing import & export & updating import export register & eBRC pending & receivable
• Handling of Pre & Post shipment
• Maintaining records of MEIS & RODTEP statement showing export & updating export register & eBRC pending & receivable status
• Follow up with Account Dept of payment reference no and bank for EDPMS Closure
• Making sales order like EOPA in Microsoft NAV system
