Logistics Manager - Pharma Co. based at Navi Mumbai

We are looking for Logistic Manager currently working in Pharma industry and he / she will be based at Navi Mumbai.

Job responsibility as below -

• Manage team of all logistics (Export-Import) activities, Export Sales/import as well.
• Arrange Sea/Air Shipment according to PO received from Buyer & Carry out Freight negotiation, Order booking. Ocean Freight booking,
• Movement of Cargoes, Transportation etc.
• Coordinate with plant for dispatch and monthly planning for Export sale, follow up with PL & COA.
• Carefully monitor the processing of Orders and check the distribution is running smoothly.
• Intimate Clearing & Forwarding Agent to make necessary arrangements for the shipment.
• Perform all activities related to Letter of Credit, Scrutinize LC Draft Export LC, Negotiation, collection bill (DP & DA)
• Prepare all Pre-& Post Shipment documents as per incoterms (Invoice, PL, Non DGR, COO, BOE).
• Monitor on timely shipment/ try to resolve prompt if any issues/ Problem of customer for Smooth transaction
• Track the shipment & update to customer as well ensuring shipment safely reached at Destination.
• Pharma company experience is Mandatory.
