Job Requirements

1. : Ethics : Strengthening communication and Engagement with stakeholders (employees of all categories in offices, plants and locations vendors, Business Associates ) with Leader sponsorshipTo navigate effectively across organisational for leadership sponsorship of communication of RIGHT WAY programmes
2. Devise and innovate methods for dialogue with employees on this topic competitions, quizzes, etc 
3. Focus on third party engagement for adoption of good governance practices, leading to compliance.

•  Chart discussion with leaders (regional, manufacturing units, divisional and functional heads) to lead RIGHT WAY conversations in a scheduled manner train and guide ethics committee members to actively participate in their respective eco-systems to promote the RIGHT WAY 
• Seek feedback from the eco-system to measure awareness, effectiveness and trust in the organisation
• Third party engagement collaborator, influencer role to promote good governance
• Maintain and add to data base of content creators, trainers and external members for effective communication.
•  Explore new communication methods 
• Schedule calendar with leaders to update on the trend of violations, gain insights on potential risk areas to incorporate learning in communication design

• Innovative and effectively communication design for communicating the RIGHT WAY annually
• Leadership training and sponsorship
• Third party communication design of RIGHT WAY
• Design / work with Ethics counsellors to create engagement activities around the subject of Right Way at Titan
• Schedule one interaction with every employee annually – attendance to be captured and presented in quarterly report
• Third party communication to be scheduled and followed up with BA engagement team
• Session for Vendor as applicable
• Affirmation/ Reaffirmation programme design and implementation annually
• Create innovate ways of engagement and engage all stakeholders in the Right Way at Titan engagement activities

1. Ethics : Training and DevelopmentUpdate amendments of policies and new governance practices in the industry
2. Enhance and strengthen teams capability 
3. LEC capability and capacity building 
4. Ensure consistency in communication of Right Way at Titan messages by creating specified customised training modules that could be delivered by LEC for different groups of people
5. Create e- learning module for Right Way at Titan
6. Create training module/ create train the trainer process to ensure communication on Right Way at Titan is consistent 

• Attend seminars and conferences regularly 
• Network and access to ethics practitioners across different organisations (within and outside TATA group)
• Collaborate and exchange best practices by working with TMTC/ other training agencies
• LEC involvement and participation 
• Getting the e module ready on time for launch
• Driving and ensuring 100% completion of e module/ and other mandates from time to time
• Innovative ways to ensure communication is reachable and consistent
• Connect with Ethics Counsellor- capacity and capability building for Ethics counsellors , subject matter experts Responsible for onboarding ethics counsellors creating a program for them, engaging them at regular intervals, guide and mentor so they could champion right way at Titan.Ensuring new ethics counsellors are onboarded and trained 

Counselling Understand the nuance of the issue raised and counsel employees as needed when they reach of ethical dilemmasHelp employees deal with dilemmas clarify and play the role of counsellor as needed

Work Experience

• People person; accessible; empathetic; good listener; enthusiastic learner; confident, fearless- to be able to speak up (when needed); and impeccable integrity. Ability to manage team and counsel employees would be an advantage.

• Various processes that enable the interpretation/implementation of TCOC .
• Ability to comprehend policy / external regulations and cultural understanding as applicable
