1. Process ContributionsProcess ContributionProcess OutcomePerformance MeasureCorporate Sustainability: Ethics : Strengthening Policies and Processes   Communicate    and update policies as appropriate  in line with statutory and organisational requirements working closely with the HEM and CECReview and calibrate existing processes for ethics management 
2. Work on positive assurance as a Titan Mantra

• Understand the various applicable policies and update/amend Governing policies as appropriate in vernacular and communicate regularly 
• Ensure compliance of processes /revisit to improve existing process of communication; scheduled reviews; selection and induction of ethics council members; POSH process management; Redressal management- training of ZECs and the third party response system; Right Way annual plans and deployment etc
• Adherence to timelines 
• Responsible for management- implementation and driving of surveys on ethical climate; sharing of results with the concerned teams; good network within organisation to note pulse of the organisational culture- Tata group Annual Compliance Report; Leadership in Business Excellence survey; Annual Reaffirmation/ affirmation programme launches;
• Training and exposure to current topics and discussions
• Engagement with various functions (mid to senior levels) across for awareness and communication of violations and potential risk areas

1. Corporate Sustainability: Ethics : Strengthening Engagement with stakeholders (employees, vendors, Bas) with Leader sponsorship   To navigate effectively across organisation for leadership sponsorship of communication of RIGHT WAY programmes
2. Devise and innovate methods for dialogue with employees on this topic competitions, quizzes, etc 
3. Focus on third party engagement for adoption of good governance practices, leading to compliance
4. Facilitate training / awareness capability building of associates/vendors based on request
5. Help in formation of champions , committees etc

•  Engage and motivate ZECs to lead conversations in the regions on RIght way with leadership sponsors in a scheduled manner train and guide ethics committee members to actively participate in their respective eco-systems to promote the RIGHT WAY 
• Seek feedback from the eco-system to measure awareness, effectiveness and trust in the organisation
• Third party engagement collaborator, influencer role to promote good governance
• Maintain and add to data base of content creators, trainers and external members for effective communication
•  Explore new communication methods 
• schedule calendar for regular event/ meeting with various departments for awareness (potential risk, case study etc) and education (new policy, amendments, relevance etc)

2. Communication to third party

• Innovative and effectively communication design for communicating the RIGHT WAY annually
• Leadership training and sponsorship
• Third party communication design of RIGHT WAY
• Schedule one interaction with every employee annually – attendance to be captured and presented in quarterly report
• Third party communiation to be scheduled and followed up with BA engagement team
• Vendor sessions to be calendarised and schedules with manufacturing units, offices, admin, IRSG, marketing etc
• Affirmation/ Reaffirmation programme design and implementation annually

2. Enhance and strengthen teams capability 
3. Train Business associates and Vendors on Tcoc, Titan governing policies and POSH

• Attend seminars and conferences regularly 
• Network and access to ethics practitioners across different organistions (within and outside TATA group)
• Collaborate and exchange best practices by working with TMTC/ other training agencies

Work Experience

• EducationGraduate/ post graduate
• Relevant Experience of relevant experience in a corporate organisation

• KnowledgeOrganisational structure and Company policies
• TCOC and Governing Policies of Titan
• Understanding of POSH act /policy 
• Comprehensive knowledge of structure and operating of Titan Retail Business, including understanding value chain , 
• vendors 
• Understanding legislations dealing with third parties 

Understanding of basic commercial process

• Experience working in change management projects
