Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct fair and timely investigations into workplace issues like harassment, discrimination, and grievances.

- Advise managers and employees on resolving workplace concerns and ensure fair treatment.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including HRBPs, Compliance, and Legal, to achieve the best outcomes.

- Ensure investigations align with legal obligations, regulatory expectations, and company policies.

- Analyze incident data to provide insights and mitigate risks through strategic policies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Proven ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters.

- Strong experience in conflict resolution, stakeholder collaboration, and risk management.
