Key responsibilities for this role:

- Under the supervision of local legislations, provide advice, guidance and coaching to Managers, HR Business Partners and the wider HR community on a wide range of Employee Relations issues including:

- Disciplinary Concerns

- Grievance

- HR Compliance

- Absence Management

- Performance and All other ER matter than may arise

Ideal candidate should possess:

- A degree in HR/IR or related field.

- Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in HR including ER, IR, Talent Management and HR compliance.

- Knowledge of labour laws like POSH, Maternity benefits, Standing orders etc.

- Expertise and exposure in dealing with compliance related matters, anti-discrimination, bullying, workplace harassment and cross culture sensitivities.

- Experience of managing and resolving conflict.

- Experience of coaching a broad range of stakeholders on ER matters.

- Experience of managing relationships.

- Experience of communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

- Experience of recognizing employment related risk and demonstrating a track record of appropriate escalation.

- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and other employment laws.

- Qualification- Bachler's or Masters from Top tier Institutes.
