Key Essential Skills:

• Project Management: Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery within scope and budget.
• Business Analysis & Process Mapping: Strong ability to elicit business requirements, model processes (as-is/to-be), and develop business process transformation roadmaps.
• Technology Expertise: Experience with deploying or maintaining Corporate Technology applications, SaaS solutions, and understanding high-level technology architecture.
• Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to support both approaches effectively.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
• Service Transition & Operations: Experience in defining and implementing operational SLAs/KPIs and ensuring a smooth transition from project to support.
• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work with Solutions Architects, DevOps, and Service Management teams to ensure technology aligns with business strategies.
• Documentation & Governance: Ability to maintain key project documentation, including RAID logs, business requirements, testing scripts, release management, and support documentation.

Desirable Skills:

• Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or APM certification is a plus.
• Business Analysis Certification: Certification from a recognized institution is advantageous.
• Financial Services Experience: Experience in large investment banking or financial services organizations is preferred.
• Third-Party Risk Management: Exposure to projects related to Third Party Risk Management applications is a plus.
• Global Experience: Proven ability to work successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneously.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead and oversee technology projects that align with business strategy and expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities, hands-on experience in business analysis and process mapping, and the ability to work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This role requires a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless delivery and transition to support operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Business Analysis:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring key milestones, scope, and success criteria are met.
• Lead business analysis efforts, gathering requirements, and mapping business processes (as-is/to-be).
• Define project scope, objectives, and success measures, ensuring risk management processes are in place.
• Work with Project Management and Delivery SMEs to ensure alignment between technology and business expectations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Alignment:

• Support senior stakeholders in defining business strategy and creating transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business and functional leads to socialize technology projects and obtain approvals from Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Work closely with Solutions Architects to define potential technology solutions that adhere to architectural principles.

Service Transition & Operational Excellence:

• Ensure smooth transition from project to support, defining and agreeing on SLAs/KPIs.
• Work with Operations and Service Management teams to formalize operational delivery plans.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for future team members.

Agile & Scrum Team Engagement (Where Applicable):

• Support Product Owners in maintaining backlogs and defining sprint priorities.
• Perform due diligence on user stories to ensure clarity and completeness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test scripts and service acceptance criteria.

Governance & Risk Management:

• Ensure all projects adhere to established project methodologies, governance frameworks, and risk management processes.
• Maintain key project documentation, including RAID logs, business cases, and service transition documentation.
