Project Manager - SaaS Solutions (10-15 yrs)

Job Title : Project Manager

Location : Bangalore

Experience Required : 10 to 15 Years (3-4 years as a Project Manager, with experience in managing development projects).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage development projects with a hands-on approach, ensuring both business and technology aspects are effectively addressed.

- Successfully manage a team of 3-10 people for at least 1-2 years.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.

- Familiarity with project scope control, scheduling, and quality control processes.

- Oversee people management, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

- Work with Microsoft SAAS solutions, driving project success.

- Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items effectively.

- Implement and drive project governance to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.

- Monitor progress and performance, helping teams to make continuous improvements.

- Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience managing Managed Services (Fixed Price) projects.

- PMP certification is highly desirable.

- Experience in financial management of projects.
