Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Project Leadership : Lead and oversee all aspects of financial services domain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, executives, and project teams, to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions to minimize impact on project delivery.

- Resource Management : Manage project resources, including staffing, budgets, and external vendors, to ensure optimal project performance.

- Technical Expertise : Utilize strong .Net or Java skills to analyze data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to enhance project outcomes.

- Quality Assurance : Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

- Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and technological advancements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management with a focus on financial services

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within budget

- Strong technical proficiency in .Net or Java

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels

- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing competing priorities and driving results
