SAP Integration Consultant - IAS/IPS Module (7-8 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled SAP Integration Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP integration technologies and a proven ability to analyze business requirements, design integration solutions, and support SAP implementations.

This role will require strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving integration challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and understand business requirements to design and develop SAP integration solutions.

- Configure and maintain SAP integration solutions for seamless data flow between SAP systems and staging layers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

- Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation related to SAP integration solutions.

- Participate in cross-functional and project teams to ensure the successful implementation of integration solutions.

- Monitor and analyze system performance, identify potential issues, and suggest or implement enhancements.

- Stay up to date with advancements in SAP integration technologies and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.

- Provide expertise in IAS/IPS integration with applications (e., SuccessFactors) for SSO configuration.

- Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to foster positive relationships with stakeholders.

- Collaborate with business users, functional leads, developers, admins, and other team members across diverse geographical locations.

- Communicate effectively with project team members at varying technical knowledge levels.

- Provide 24/7 business support during Severity 0 and Severity 1 situations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP integration technologies, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP PI-PO.

- Strong understanding of SAP integration methods and tools, including IAS/IPS for SSO configuration

- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly and efficiently.

- Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Experience monitoring system performance and implementing enhancements.

- Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and remote stakeholders.

- Knowledge of integration with SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.

- Familiarity with modern development practices like CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions.

- Relevant certifications in SAP CPI, SAP PI-PO, or related technologies.

- Experience in working with geographically distributed teams.
