Annual CTC Salary:

INR. 25 Lakhs - INR 50 Laksh per annum [ Depending on Experience ]

Experience Level Needed:

10 Years or above

You:

- Must have at least 10 Years IT experience in delivering IT Projects in Capital Market Projects / Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) Vertical / managing the BFSI projects / IT services

- Must have at least 5 years as PEGA Projects - Service Manager / Delivery Manager

- Must have at least USD: $1M - $10M projects handled delivery history

Job Responsibilities:-

- Make sure all PEGA related services / project deliverables in place

- Identify IT services opportunities in the PEGA product vertical in IT Consulting / IT services

- Recruiting the right candidates for PEGA for both onsite / offshore projects

- Able to write bidding documents - BFSI projects /new RFPs/ contracts/resourcing / delivery

- Willing to travel to client offices / other delivery centers on needful basis

- Sound business / functional knowledge in PEGA product
